One flat annual price for every in-person conversation your team has, wherever it happens.
No credits to run down, no fee per scan, no charge per seat, and CRM sync in every plan
including the free one. You should not have to sit through a call to find out what
something costs.
Relay at ExpoGenie Shows
Free
Unlimited, for every exhibitor at a show that runs on ExpoGenie
If the show runs on ExpoGenie, every exhibitor gets Relay. Not a trial, not a scan cap, not a downgrade once the show closes.
Unlimited users and unlimited capture
Voice capture and transcription
Verified work email lookup on every record
Native Salesforce and HubSpot sync
CSV export
Capture stays open for 30 days after the show ends
Your records stay readable and exportable, permanently
The clock starts when you capture your first conversation, not when you sign up. If your
next meeting is Tuesday, the trial covers the month that follows. If your next show is in
four months, the trial waits for the show. No card required, and nothing expires into a
month where you had nothing to capture.
What moves Enterprise above the floor
The number of brands or subteams you need kept separate
How far your field mapping departs from a standard CRM install
The level of CSM coverage you want
We publish the starting number because a blank space where a price should be is an answer
too, and not a good one.
One price, everywhere
Trade shows are where this problem is loudest. They are not where it stops.
A hundred conversations over three days makes the loss obvious. The same thing happens in
a customer meeting on a Tuesday, and nobody notices, because it happens one conversation
at a time. Relay is priced for the whole surface rather than the events slice of it.
Trade shows and conferences
The booth, the hallway, the dinner afterward. The conversations that never make it into a badge scan.
Customer and prospect meetings
On site at their office, in a conference room, across a table. The meeting your rep will reconstruct from memory three days later, if at all.
Field visits and site walks
Territory calls, plant tours, store visits, ride-alongs. Everything that happens where the CRM is not.
Executive briefings
The conversations with the most riding on them and the least reliable record.
All of it is included at the same price. A team that starts with trade shows can extend Relay
across the entire field organization without a new line item or another conversation with us.
See how each of these works.
Free at your show
If the show runs on ExpoGenie, Relay is free for every exhibitor.
This is not a trial and not a teaser plan. It is how we think the product should reach
people, and it works because of where we already sit.
Why we can do this
We build the exhibitor software that hundreds of trade shows already run on. The
exhibitors at those shows are not strangers we have to go find. They have an account
with us before the show floor is built. Giving them Relay costs us very little that we
were not already spending.
What the organizer decides
Organizers choose how Relay reaches their floor. Most include it as an exhibitor benefit
at no cost. Larger shows can charge exhibitors for it and keep the revenue. Either way,
the organizer sets the data policy for their event and can see what is being captured
on it.
How to find out
Ask your show organizer whether their exhibitor platform is ExpoGenie, or tell us which
shows you exhibit at and we will check. We are still expanding coverage, so if your show
is not on the list yet, knowing you want it there genuinely affects where we go next.
What we will not do
The commitments, stated as plainly as we can manage.
Most of these exist because they are the things buyers tell us they have been burned by.
We would rather be held to them in public.
Enrichment is included, with nothing to meter.
Every record gets enriched as a matter of course. There is no credit balance to watch, no allowance that resets on the first of the month, and no tier that sells you more. We do not think a seller should be doing arithmetic in the middle of a conversation.
No per-scan, per-lead, or per-conversation fees.
Capture as many conversations as your team can have. The number does not change what you pay.
Using Relay in more places does not cost more.
A team that buys Relay for trade shows can extend it to the whole field organization without a new line item, a new approval, or a call with us.
CRM sync is included, not an add-on.
Salesforce and HubSpot are in every plan, including the free one. Charging for the integration would be charging you to get your own data out.
The free tier boundary is written here, before you sign up.
At an ExpoGenie show, capture stays open for 30 days after the show ends. Nothing gets locked after the fact, and everything you captured stays readable and exportable.
Thirty days notice before any renewal.
No quiet auto-renew, and no invoice that arrives before the reminder does.
Your price is locked for as long as you stay.
If our list price goes up, yours does not.
Thirty-day refund, no argument.
If it does not do what this page says it does, we give the money back.
How it compares
Mostly a question of how you get charged.
We are describing categories here rather than naming competitors. You can do the matching
yourself, and you probably already have.

Categories vary and any individual product may differ from the general pattern. The row worth
sitting with is the fifth one. Both of the other columns exist to handle events, and most of
your team’s in-person conversations are not events.
Data policy
What happens to the people your team meets.
We are putting this on the pricing page rather than in a footer link, because it is a
product decision and it should cost us something to break it.
We never market to the people your team captures.
A contact your rep meets does not become a name in our funnel. Not a newsletter, not a nurture sequence, not a single email. This is a written policy, not a preference.
The records belong to you.
They are your company’s data. They sync to your CRM, they export on request, and they leave with you if you go.
Organizers can see and set policy for their show.
At events that run on ExpoGenie, the organizer has visibility into what is being captured on their floor and can set the rules for it. For associations, the people being scanned are members, and that deserves an answer better than nobody knows.
Questions
The ones that usually come next.
How does enrichment work? Do I need credits?
Enrichment runs on every record you capture, and there are no credits involved. No balance, no monthly allowance, no tier that sells you more. Free plans get a verified work email lookup. Paid plans add mobile and direct dial numbers. That is the whole model, and we think credit systems mostly exist to make a price look smaller than it is.
Which integrations are included, and which are available today?
Native Salesforce and HubSpot sync is in every plan, including the free one. Universal adds Microsoft Dynamics, Zapier, webhooks, and API access, and Zapier is the route to most other tools, including email platforms like Mailchimp. Enterprise adds custom field mapping, multi-instance CRM, and priority on new connector requests. Relay is in early access and connectors are still rolling out, so tell us your stack when you join and we will prioritize accordingly.
Can I pay monthly on Universal?
Solo is available monthly at $19. Universal and Enterprise are annual. In-person selling is seasonal for most teams, and monthly billing on a team plan mostly produces a worse experience for everyone: you pay attention to a renewal date twelve times a year instead of once. If annual billing is a genuine blocker for your team, tell us during early access.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
They are yours, so you keep them. You can export everything on the way out, and anything already synced to your CRM was in your system the moment it was captured. Cancelling stops future capture. It does not hold your history hostage.
Is Relay only for trade shows?
No. Trade shows are where the problem is most obvious, because a hundred conversations happen in three days and almost none of them survive the trip home. The same gap exists in a customer meeting, a field visit, or an executive briefing, and it goes unnoticed there because it happens one conversation at a time. Relay is priced for all of it at one flat rate, because charging more for using it in more places would be a strange way to run a product we want used everywhere.
Can I try it if I do not have an event coming up?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with 30 days free, and the clock starts when you capture your first conversation rather than when you sign up. If that is a customer meeting next Tuesday, the trial covers the month of meetings that follows. If it is a show in four months, the trial waits for the show. No card required either way.
Does Relay work at events ExpoGenie does not power?
Yes, on any paid plan. Relay reads printed badges and business cards, so it does not depend on an organizer connecting anything. At shows we do power, we can also resolve a scan against real registration data, which makes the record exact rather than inferred.
What actually happens when the free window closes at an ExpoGenie show?
Capture stops 30 days after the show ends. Everything captured before then stays in your account permanently, readable and exportable. Nothing is hidden or held back, and you knew the date before the show started.
Do you charge per user?
Only in the sense that Solo is a single-user plan. Universal and Enterprise have no seat count at all. Ten people or fifty, the price is the same.
What if my show is not on ExpoGenie?
Relay still works, on a paid plan. And tell us which show it is. Organizer coverage is something we are actively expanding, and knowing where our customers exhibit is how we decide where to go next.
Do the paid plans require a multi-year commitment?
No. Universal and Enterprise are annual. There is no multi-year requirement and no discount structure designed to trap you into one.
Relay is in early access. Will these prices change?
These are the prices we intend to launch with, and anyone who joins during early access keeps their price for as long as they stay. If something moves before general availability, we will say so on this page rather than quietly repricing.
Early access
These are the numbers. Come tell us where they are wrong.
Relay is in early access, which means the people joining now are shaping what ships and
keeping the price they start on. If something here does not match how your team actually
buys, that is exactly the feedback worth having.
Bring your in-person conversations into the revenue system.
Relay is preparing for early access with selected event organizers, exhibitors, and field
sales teams. Join the list to help shape the product and be first in line.
Capture every meaningful in-person conversation
Turn it into structured, CRM-ready intelligence

You are on the list.
Thanks for joining. We will be in touch as early access opens, and we will ask which
part of your in-person motion you want to bring in first.
