Security and enterprise

Designed for enterprise control.

Conversations with your customers are among the most sensitive data your company holds. Relay is built to sit inside your existing controls rather than around them, and to be straightforward about where it is in that journey.

Access & permissions

Role-based access and CRM permissions so people see what they should, and nothing they should not.

Secure data handling

Your conversations are your company's data, handled with secure storage and clear ownership.

Administrative controls

Configurable retention and administrative controls so operations and RevOps stay in charge of the data.

SSO on the roadmap

Enterprise integrations and single sign-on are on the roadmap as Relay moves through early access.

Privacy-conscious AI

AI is applied to specific tasks like summarization and follow-up, with a privacy-conscious approach to how it uses your data.

Data ownership

Your interactions belong to you. Relay keeps them portable and connected to the systems you control.

Relay is entering early access. We are transparent about what exists today and what is on the roadmap, and we will not overstate integrations or claim certifications that are not yet in place.

The questions security teams ask first

Direct answers, in the order they usually come up.

Who owns the conversations?

You do. The interactions your team captures are your company’s data. Relay is designed to keep them portable and connected to the systems you already control, not locked inside a tool you might one day leave.

Who inside our company can see them?

Access follows roles and CRM permissions. A rep sees their conversations and the account context they are entitled to. Managers see their team. Administrators configure the boundaries. The point is that visibility mirrors how your organization already works.

What does the AI actually do with it?

AI is applied to specific, named jobs: summarizing what was said, applying qualification, drafting follow-up, and extracting insight across conversations. It is a processing step inside your workspace, not a general-purpose read of your data.

How long is it kept?

Retention is configurable, because different organizations answer this differently and most have already answered it for their CRM. Relay is built to fit that policy rather than impose one.

What we are not claiming

The list of things that are not true yet.

Most vendor security pages tell you only what is in place. Relay is in early access, and the more useful thing at this stage is knowing exactly where the gaps are before you get to a procurement review and find them yourself.

  • We do not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any other certification. Enterprise attestations are on the roadmap and we will say so plainly when they are in place, with dates.
  • Single sign-on is on the roadmap rather than shipping today.
  • We do not publish uptime or performance numbers we cannot yet stand behind at scale.

If a specific control is a hard requirement for your organization, tell us during early access. It is the clearest signal we can get about what to build first.

Talk to us

Bring your security team into the conversation early.

We would rather work through your requirements now, while the product is still being shaped, than discover them during a procurement cycle. Early access participants have a real influence on this roadmap.

Early access

Bring your in-person conversations into the revenue system.

Relay is preparing for early access with selected event organizers, exhibitors, and field sales teams. Join the list to help shape the product and be first in line.

  • Capture every meaningful in-person conversation
  • Turn it into structured, CRM-ready intelligence
  • Follow up faster and measure the impact
